Your Future Unleashed is JA Guam’s first venture in hosting a Professional Development Symposium. The symposium will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the Hyatt Regency Guam. This event is open to all members of the community.
What: YOUR FUTURE UNLEASHED is a full day professional development symposium based on JA’s three pillars of entrepreneurship, work-readiness, and financial literacy. We agree Guam may have a limited talent pool but within this same pool we believe in the unlimited potential waiting to be unleashed. We see this potential year after year in our students and know our future is bright and will be in good hands. Continual growth and innovation at any level is required if you want to get ahead of the curve. The symposium will include pop-up shops, workshops, snacks, lunch and happy hour.
Who: Professionals, Entrepreneurs, Students, Current Workforce and more. Attendees will get access to a full day of speakers and workshops to develop their skills and behaviors for success. You will learn that growing your business and delivering high performance begins with your people and the team around them. Building skills is just half of the equation. The other half looks at behaviors and habits that are the foundation of a success attitude.

JA-Guam wanted to step outside the box of typical funding activities and showcase the skills and learning we provide our young people at the same time bringing value to our current workforce though a symposium around professional development.
